ARM - Web Site Audit
ARM, the Cambridge based microprocessor designers hired Interactive Bureau to
help them with the process of taking their web presence forward a generation.
We provided a comprehensive audit service to help them plan this process including
- log file analysis
- online visitor survey
- interviewing of key stakeholders
Through this process we were able to produce a roadmap of developments including a
new structure for the site focussing on actual audience requirements. This process was
managed by our productised Web Audit Service Program (WASP).
Once we had these requirements identified, we were able to formulate them into specification documents
for the design of the Web site and also for a new Content Management System (CMS). Interactive
Bureau also ran the procurement process for the selection and eventual shortlisting of CMS vendors.
