The proposal

This is our first formal proposition for the provision of services to the client and is usually in response to either a brief or a series of one or more meetings or discussions. At this stage some of the finer details of the project may remain undefined but details such as the aims and ambitions of the site and its audiences should be known. This document will include our thoughts and recommendations for the project and estimates regarding costs and timescales. On the basis of this document we would hope to get appointed.
