IAB helps you get the Web site you want, from the one you've got

Interactive Bureau has launched WASP (Web Audit Service Programme) - a new service for the legion of CEO's who hate their Web sites!

A recent survey showed that more than two-thirds of CEOs are unhappy - or worse - with their Web sites.

They say things like: "It cost a fortune. It doesn't do anything for us. Nobody seems to be able to tell me what is wrong with it - at least not in a language I understand. I don't know what to do. It was supposed to help my business - but it doesn't. What can I do about it?"

WASP is a cheap and effective solution, which takes the sting out of firms' complaints and helps them get the site they want.

Within three weeks clients can have a detailed and expert analysis, written in language they can understand, telling them exactly what is wrong. And within another three weeks or so they can have an action plan to put it right.

The advantages clients get from WASP are:

  • They get their problem solved - and the Web site they want
  • They get a service from professionals who actually build Web sites and therefore understand the problems
  • And they save money - most consultancies would charge much more and offer much less

Rodney Tyler, chairman of IAB says that the benefits of WASP to clients are clear and demonstrable: "The Web is a fundamental part of a company's communications strategy and an important means of re-enforcing corporate values, " he says.

"To have an objective, expert view of how the organisation is facing up to these challenges - and could enhance these efforts in the future - gives it insights, which it would be unlikely to gain from any internal process.

"A number of our clients, including IBM, AXA and KPMG, have discovered this in the course of working with us.

"By carrying out this work, and by planning properly for the future, it is our experience that organisations save themselves significant amounts of time and money in the long term."
