High-rise for Interactive Bureau

15 Mar 2002

The London Bridge Tower development team appoints Interactive Bureau to develop the Web site to support Europe's tallest tower.

Sellar Property Group, the development company behind the proposal for London Bridge Tower, asked Interactive Bureau to help them showcase the project online and to help win planning consent for Europe's tallest tower.

The company required an impressive Web presence as the team prepared to present to Southwark Council's planning committee. They came to Interactive Bureau to request our immediate assistance to design a holding page to compliment their printed brochure.

The planning meeting went well and Southwark gave its consent. However, a development of this scale is not without controversy and a lengthy campaign to gain support for the tower started, as it faced the possibility of a public inquiry.

Interactive Bureau has responded to this need by further developing the site to support the campaign, providing an online resource for everyone to know everything about the building, the reasons for it, the benefits, the environmental issues, the architect and the consultation process.

We are pleased to be working with Sellar Property to help promote online this stunning development and the social and economic benefits it is promised to bring to Southwark and the London Bridge area of London. Interactive Bureau will continue to develop the site to compliment and support the offline progress of the project.
